Q: Do you sell or distribute my personal information to list providers?
Never! The All information you provide will be used for the sole purpose of matching you to a real estate professional in your relocation area. This information will be confirmed, kept strictly confidential and will not be sold.
Q: Why do you need my personal information, including my current home address?
To comply with the US Patriot Act, we must verify the identity of all parties to all real estate transactions.
Q: What commission will I pay?
Commissions are completely negotiable between you and your real estate agent. In many states, it is illegal for us to set commissions up front.
Q: Who pays for your service?
Our service is provided completely free of charge to the consumer.
Q: How long does it take to locate an agent?
This can vary from 24 hours to a few days. In remote rural areas, it may take even a bit longer. Because we must first contact you to verify your identity and then interview multiple agents, it can take a little time, but it's worth it.
Q: What is the process?
First, we will call you to verify your information and make sure we understand your needs. Then we search for agents in your relocation area and interview them to make sure we match you to an agent who meets your criteria. We perform interviews over the phone and online. Once a match is made, we will send you an email to advise you and the agent will contact you directly.
Q: Do you just refer to your own agents?
No, this is an open system. The goal is to match you to an agent that meets your criteria, regardless of the company or brokerage. Since service varies greatly within real estate companies, we interview individual agents from multiple companies to assure the best match.
Q: How do we get paid?
After your real estate transaction closes, the agent we referred you to will pay us a small referral fee, but only IF you compete a transaction. If there is no transaction, we do not get paid and you still owe us nothing.
Q: Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Certainly! Life has its unexpected ups and downs. If for any reason, you need to cancel your request, just let us know.
Q: What if I've already signed a contact and need to cancel?
We cannot cancel an agreement you make with an agent. Just be sure to ask your agent about the possibility of a cancellation. Many agents have a stated cancellation policy in place.
